I love almond butter, photography, travelling and experimenting with anything edible. And I love eating, obviously.
I’m (currently) based in Denmark where I’m spending most of my time studying nutrition and health. When I’m not studying, I’m either at the gym, out running, in the kitchen cooking and/or eating (most likely attempting to do both at the same time) or watching TV-series.
The Mostly Healthy will feature recipes that are vegan, delicious, simple, and mostly healthy (I love an indulgent cake as much as the next person). Expect anything from sides and mains to desserts and breakfast. So have a look around the blog, I’m sure you’ll find something for you.
