How does a light, fresh, seriously chocolatey, delicious, nutritious cinnamon chocolate smoothie sound? It’s vegan-friendly and definitely one of my favourites!
It’s smoothie season! I don’t know about you but I’m pretty excited about that. The weather has been so lovely in Denmark the past two days. We’re talking 28 degrees Celsius (82 Fahrenheit) yesterday! That’s crazy high considering the Danish standards. Today we’re back to 18 degrees (62 Fahrenheit) and windy weather. On average, I’d say we get a maximum of 8-10 warm summer days every year. So having two beautiful days in a day is such a treat.
Warm weather means I’ve been craving refreshing foods all day. This is where smoothies come in. I usually go for a green or berry smoothie, but lately, I’ve been loving this cinnamon chocolate smoothie.
This is healthy eating at its easiest. All you need are 4 ingredients, 5 minutes and 1 blender.
The blend of cacao powder, cinnamon, frozen banana and almond milk makes a creamy, refreshing, delicious and chocolatey smoothie.
