Simple Peanut Butter Granola

This Simple Peanut Butter Granola is the perfect make-ahead breakfast or snack. Easy and quick, customizable, healthy, and delicious.

  • 1 cup mixed flakes (110 g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (20 g)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (30 g)
  • 1 cup brown rice puffs (26 g)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (36 g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (40 g)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (30 g)
  • 1 tbsp water


  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C (355° F) with the fan OFF.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and water until well combined. The mixture should be thin enough to run off a spoon. If too thick, add water or maple syrup 1 tsp at a time.
  4. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  5. Evenly spread the mixture out on a baking tray aligned with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and fragrant. Stir in it halfway through.

  7. Let the granola cool completely before transferring to an air-tight container. Lasts for several weeks.
