9-ingredient Vanilla Granola

My favourite 9-ingredient Vanilla Granola, which is quick to make, crunchy, healthy, and delicious. It’s packed full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (90 g)
  • 1/2 cup rye flakes (45 g)
  • 1 cup brown rice puffs (25 g)
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds (45 g)
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds (40 g)
  • 1/8 cup coconut sugar (4 tsp/15 g)
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup (30 g)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the maple syrup and mix again.
  3. Align a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola out evenly.
  4. Bake the granola for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow cooling completely before serving. This gives the granola time to get crunchy.
  6. Store the granola in an air-tight container.
