Chocolate Chili Granola

Chocolate Chili Granola - crunchy, sweet, satisfying and delicious. Done in 25 minutes and vegan friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed flakes (200 g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (40 g)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (40 g)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (35 g)
  • 1/2-1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder (20 g)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (50 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Add the maple syrup and combine well.
  4. Align a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly out on the tray.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crunchy. Stir in it half way through.
  6. Enjoy it slightly warm or allow it to cool completely.
  7. Store in airtight container.
