Vegan Spinach Chickpea Burger

These Vegan Spinach Chickpea Burger are easy to make, delicious, satisfying and so healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 2 fat garlic clove
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp applecider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour (sub: any flour)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan on) (355 Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix everything well together in a food processor.
  3. Once mixed together, form the mixture into 5 burger patties and place them on a baking tray aligned with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Turn them halfway through.
  5. Serve them in a burger bun with your favourite toppings or have them with a salad. Either way, enjoy!
