This Green Mint Smoothie is packed full of nutrients. Mango and mint are added, which gives it a lovely sweet and fresh flavour.

  • 2 handfuld spinach (about 60 g)
  • 1 handful kale (about 15 g)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango (about 60 g)
  • 5-6 mint leaves, more or less to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (substitutes: coconut milk, water, juice, etc)


  1. Toss everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Serve immidiately.
